One of my mottos that I constantly remind myself is “Everyday is a good day and I am thankful for today”. No matter how hard life is, there is always something to be thankful for. One of the most important things that I am thankful for is that I know that I don’t walk this road alone.

What a fun box of goodies. My oldest daughter would be right there with you on the gloriousness of the color pink. I would say the most recent reminder I have received would be a bouquet of flowers for Valentine’s day. In this gloomy time of the year here in Indiana it was not only a reflection of my husband’s love and appreciation, but also of the promise of Spring. I love when the flowers start popping up out of the ground. Hope just seems reborn in the Springtime!

I’m also curious about your relationship with Dayspring. Are you one of their card writers? I’ve looked into that before … many years ago.

    Enjoy your pink goodies, Jan!

I am so grateful for the reminder to appreciate my health! A friend’s dad has been in a medically induced coma for almost a month now . . .

I am grateful for my children who teach me what it means to love unconditionally.

I was fretting about something that never happened…I learned how necessary it is to take one step at a time 🙂 thanks

Hi, Jan. I was about to ask about Dayspring, too, but you answered the question.

We’re not the same religion but I’m glad yours brings you peace and perspective. However we might see the glass half full and the good in the world…
